James is a nonprofit executive, educator, and community leader with more than two decades of progressive management experience across nonprofit, government, higher education, and business settings.
His leadership has included multi-site operations, organizational growth, financial sustainability, fundraising, staff development, community partnerships, and the design of practical systems that help organizations perform at a higher level.
James brings the perspective of a former nonprofit CEO and vice president of operations, an MBA concentration in operations management, and a career-long commitment to equitable opportunity and community impact.
